Цей рецепт стане у нагоді тим господиням, які давно хотіли приготувати хліб власноруч. Рецепт – простий, результат – смачний. І хтозна, можливо, спробувавши цей хліб, ви назавжди відмовитеся від магазинного.
Інгредієнти:
- вода тепла – 200 мл.
- дріжджі сухі – 1 ч.л. з гіркою
- цукор – 1 ст.л.
- сіль – 1 ч.л.
- борошно – 3 скл.
- олія – 8 ст.л.
Інструкція:
1. Дріжджі та цукор розчинити у теплій воді. Почекати, щоб на дріжджах піднялася “шапочка”. Опісля додати решту складників і замісити тісто.
2. Готове тісто накрити рушником і залишити на годину у теплому місці.
3. Розділити тісто на дві частини. Кожну частину розкачати, надаючи форму прямокутника.
4. Обидва прямокутники скрутити рулетом і перекласти на деко. Накрити рушником і залишити у теплому місці на 40-50 хвилин (з цього тіста можна пекти хліб і круглої, і квадратної форми, і маленькі булочки).
5. На кожному батоні зробити невеликі надрізи.
6. Випікати при 200 градусах до зарум’янення.
